Trans-West is currently hiring full-time employees for positions in the Bakersfield and surrounding areas.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and must be able to pass a drug screen (based on AB2188) and background check.

Trans-West is currently only accepting in-person applications. Please visit our Main Office at 8503 Crippen Street to complete a digital application. Application computers are open Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Trans-West will need a copy of your high school diploma (or GED or equivalent), your photo ID or Driver's License, and a DMV print-out in order to begin the interview process. Please arrive to your interview with these items in hand.
