What We're Looking For

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to pass a drug screen in accordance with AB2188

Trans-West is currently accepting in-person applications only. Visit our Main Office at 8503 Crippen Street, Bakersfield, CA 93311 Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to complete a digital application on-site. Walk-ins are welcome during application hours.

Valid photo ID or Driver's License
Current DMV printout
